Waiver of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, attendees agree to release Birmingham Holistic Health Centre and Stuart William Morris from liabilities arising directly from voluntary participation in courses, workshops, seminars or related activities.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless Birmingham Holistic Health Centre and Stuart William Morris from claims, losses, damages, expenses or proceedings arising from their participation, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Verification By Attendee

  • I confirm that I am aged 18 years or older.
  • I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and legal consequences of this waiver.
  • I acknowledge the voluntary nature of my participation.
  • I confirm that I understand and accept these conditions before participating in a course, workshop, retreat or seminar.
No Refunds For Missed Appointments or Courses

We operate a no-refund policy for missed appointments and courses that have been booked, subject to any statutory rights that apply under UK consumer law.

These Terms & Conditions apply to Birmingham Holistic Health Centre® courses and services available through:

Birmingham Holistic Health Centre is an accredited and insured training school providing private training in the UK.

Courses may be accredited through organisations including Guild Training International and The Complementary Medical Association, where applicable to the individual course.

Our aim is to provide students with professional education, practical training and assessment designed to help them develop competence within their chosen field.

Content relating to Stress Management, Spiritual Healing and Emotional Freedom Technique Diploma courses is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

This may include:

  • Online training modules
  • Course manuals
  • Module details and syllabuses
  • Video clips and recordings
  • Certificates
  • Downloads and digital resources
  • Logos, graphics and related images

Reproduction by electronic, mechanical, optical or other means is prohibited without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Birmingham Holistic is a trademarked business and takes the protection of its intellectual property seriously.

Students are entitled to receive the minimum number of practical training hours stated in the relevant course information. Students should review required training hours before booking.

In some circumstances, additional training may be required if Birmingham Holistic Health Centre considers that a student has not yet reached the required level of competence.

Course Participation & Standards We reserve the right to terminate or revoke access to a Diploma course where a tutor reasonably believes that a student is not participating appropriately or is not meeting the required standard for course completion, subject to applicable consumer law.

For clarification, courses described as a full training day ordinarily require at least 6 hours of practical training, excluding breaks.

Courses described as a half day ordinarily require at least 3 hours of practical training, excluding breaks.

Where additional training is required, a charge of £150 per additional training day may apply until the required standard has been achieved, as determined through ongoing tutor assessment.

Certification for applicable GTi courses is administered by the relevant Guild certification body.

After successfully completing an eligible course, students may receive an electronic PDF certificate displaying details such as:

  • Student name
  • Course title
  • Training centre
  • Completion date

Where available, students may also have the option to purchase or request a printed certificate.

Birmingham Holistic Health Centre may provide printing services for selected Diploma courses once all required training and competency standards have been satisfactorily completed.

Tutors delivering practical training for CMA, GTi or Guild Accredited Training programmes are appropriately qualified professionals and hold recognised teaching qualifications relevant to the training they provide.

Tutors are also current members of relevant professional organisations where membership is required for the course or accreditation being delivered.
